About us
I'm James Humphrey, President of Humphrey Funeral Service and President of the Arkansas Burial Association. I hold a BBA in Computer Information Systems from Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas.
Running a burial association means juggling member records, premium collections, claims, carrier remittances, and annual state filings — often on outdated software that wasn't built for how associations actually work today. I built BurialAssociation.App to solve that problem for my own association first, then made it available to other offices facing the same day-to-day challenges.
Because I still run an association myself, this software is shaped by real, everyday use — not guesswork. Every feature exists because an association office needed it.
